Neighborhood Concert: ETHEL

Abrons Arts Center
String quartet ETHEL explores jazz, rock, blues, and the most exhilarating music by composers from the last four decades “with the raucous intensity energy of a bar band” (The Boston Globe). In its 11 years together, this group of four fearless Juilliard-trained musicians has carved out a sound that defies classification. They’ve shared the stage with rock icons Todd Rundgren and Joe Jackson, jazz legends like Kurt Elling, and slam poet Rives.

This concert is part of the citywide music festival Make Music New York.
